Very nice, dignified hotel and restaurant. Very well-kept outdoor areas. Friendly welcome. Very spacious room (No. 301) with 2 roof terraces (1 of them with dandelions). Bathroom was very large, with double sink, shower and bathtub (this was not usable). Both in the bedroom and in the living room TV (unfortunately no HD). Bedside lamps did not work. Extremely friendly staff both in the hotel and in the restaurant. On the day of arrival we had the burgers, very tasty. Unfortunately the chanterelle menu was not displayed. The selection of cakes is small but extremely tasty. The raspberry cake was awesome! Very nice that you can sit outside under a roof with radiant heaters. Fresh flowers on every table. W-Lan available free of charge, not nationwide, with interruptions. Breakfast was very good and there was something for everyone. Everything was refilled very quickly. Outside there is a smoking area, also with a radiant heater. Price-performance ratio for our terms very good. Scenic location.

We were here today with 7 friends and ate in the restaurant. It wasn't our first visit but this is my first review for the location. It was a very nice evening to which the whole environment contributed. Starting with the very friendly courteous staff. Despite Corona, the menu was still more than adequate and had something to offer for every taste and budget. Everyone at the table raved about the delicious dishes and the portions that were more than plentiful. Since it was very warm, we sat on the terrace and enjoyed the beautiful evening. Conclusion: great ambience, delicious food, price-performance ratio, staff excellent, guests too 🤓 ..... we'd love to come back ....

I spent a few nights here on business. Both accommodation and meals are always good. Great breakfast with a nice view. In the afternoon the cake, a dream!

Nice location surrounded by woods. Clean and spacious room. Friendly staff but reception was not occupied in the afternoon so had to check in by myself. Breakfast can be better.

Good conference hotel, with well-equipped conference rooms. Due to the proximity to the motorway, it can be reached quickly for North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony. Unfortunately, the supply of drinks is a bit sluggish because after the initial supply it was not refreshed and the coffee was not refilled by itself. However, all requests were met on request. A little more attention to detail would make a conference a little more pleasant, because in the end it is the participants who vote on a repetition at the same location. I will gladly come again.

Was alright there. You have to look at it a bit more differentiated. The hotel area on the ground floor is worn but clean. The restaurant in the connection is quite small but the waiters are friendly and the food class. I can also recommend the buffet which is there once a week. I was amazed great selection.

Nice hotel located on the outer edge of Herford. Parking is easily possible and the connection to the A2 Herford-Schwarzenmoor is great. We had a meeting in the restaurant section. Everything was neat and the service worked. The coffee was delicious. When setting up the toilets, probably someone forgot to think ... is very uncomfortable to pass another man at the urinal to come to the bathroom and why the trash can is not under the paper dispenser is also completely unclear to me. The food in the form of a buffet was delicious and varied. Here you can go again. Is also great for a hike to the Herforder Bismarckturm

Only had breakfast at this hotel. It was realöy good.
